Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, corporate, and operational roles
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, and offer processes
  • Plan and conduct employee onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Administer leave, attendance, probation confirmations, and employee movements
  • Ensure HR policies and SOPs are properly implemented and updated
  • Support monthly payroll processing, including overtime and commissions
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, and statutory contributions (CPF, etc.)
  • Liaise with payroll vendors and finance teams as required
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR matters
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
  • Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave, recruitment metrics)
  • Support audits and internal reviews when required
  • Assist in HR initiatives such as engagement activities, training coordination, and policy reviews
  • Support management with ad-hoc HR tasks and projects

 Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience 
  • Prior experience in retail or F&B is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
